The Local 2324 Executive Board has awarded 3 of the 5 available 2026 Scholarships at today’s Executive Board Meeting. Two remain available. On August 22, 2022, IBEW Local 2324 Member Brian J. Moran passed away at the age of 47.  Brother Brian was a great Union Member and friend to many.  He was also an ardent supporter of the IBEW Local 2324 Benevolent Fund Golf Tournament.  Please join us as we come together to remember Brother Brian and to raise funds for our 501(c)(3) Charity – The IBEW Local 2324 Benevolent Fund. Our 18th Annual Tournament will take place on Saturday May 2, 2026, at the Chicopee Country Club. Verizon Wireless Inside Hut Work Our Central Office Technicians will now do all of the work on VZW Transport equipment located in our Central Offices. Verizon Wireless SAP/TAP Work All technician work on VZW operational transport equipment in its Service Aggregation Point (SAP) and Transport Aggregation Point (TAP) sites will be performed by bargaining unit members. 14 NFO (VZB) positions will be created in NY/NE to perform this work.
