Ratification of Tentative Agreement on 2026 Contract Extension with Verizon
Members of IBEW Local 2324,
In person Ratification voting will take place from 4PM-7PM on the following dates and at the following locations:
March 10, 2026 – Hadley American Legion Post 271, 162 Russell St., Hadley, MA 01035
March 12, 2026 – John Boyle O’Reilly Club, 33 Progress Ave., Springfield, MA 01104
March 24, 2026 – Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9566, 366 E Housatonic St, Dalton, MA 01226
March Unit meetings will take place at the above locations and dates beginning at 5PM
For Local 2324 Members who wish to vote but are unable to do so in person –
Local 2324 is conducting Electronic Voting via “Election Runner”. This process has been approved by the International.
-ELECTRONIC VOTING-
To register to vote online for this Ratification process-
Using your personal email address, send an email to ibew2324electionrunner@gmail.com requesting a ratification ballot.
In the body of your email please include your name and cell phone number. You will be contacted within 24 hours to verify your identity prior to receiving an electronic ballot.
Once you have been verified, your ballot will be emailed to you within 24 hours. Upon receiving an email from election runner. Please open the email. Please click on link to enter voting. You will see a unique Voter ID and Voter Key. You will need to enter your Voter Key on ballot screen to submit your ballot.
After submitting your ballot, you will receive an email notifying you that ballot has been received.
Members who have registered to vote and have voted online will not receive a ballot should they attend a meeting in person, nor will any Member who has voted in person be allowed to register for online voting.
Members voting via election runner can request a ballot beginning at 12 noon on March 9, 2026 and continue until 12 noon on March 23, 2026.
Electronic Voting will open at 5PM on March 9, 2026 and will conclude on March 26, 2026 at 12 noon.
The results of Local 2324 will be reported on March 27, 2026.
